Free Shipping Policy
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before tax). Orders under $150 will have standard shipping rates based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your registered email once your order is processed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your Phonemicroparts.com account anytime to check your order status and delivery progress.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery, Phonemicroparts is not responsible for delays caused by:

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Report the issue to us within 3 business days of delivery.

We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered shipped and cannot be canceled. Please contact office@phonemicroparts.com immediately if you need to make changes.
Holidays and Weekend Shipping
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
