Phonemicroparts Return & Warranty Policy

At Phonemicroparts, we believe in delivering high-quality parts and service to our customers. Our goal is to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free, giving you complete peace of mind with every purchase.

Screen Assemblies and Spare Parts

All screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare parts are covered by a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Technician damages
  • Physical damages
  • Internal cracks
  • Incidental damages

Store credit will be applied to your account at either the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.

Replacement Batteries

All replacement batteries come with a 1-year warranty foA lifetime warranty covers all screen assemblies, digitizers, and replacement spare partsr manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes technician errors, physical damage, or incidental issues. Store credit will be issued at the up-to-date selling price.

Tools and Repair Accessories

All repair tools and accessories include a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, or incidental damages. Store credit will be applied based on the current selling price.

Other Accessories

Accessories purchased from Phonemicroparts that are defective may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If the order was placed by mistake or is no longer needed, it may still be returned within 15 days.

Please ensure each accessory is returned in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns beyond the specified time limits. For assistance with returns, please contact our support team at office@phonemicroparts.com.

Laser Machines

Laser machines are supplied with a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover technician damages, physical damages, or incidental damages. Store credit will be issued at the current selling price.

Within the Warranty Period

  • Unused machines may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
  • If a manufacturing issue occurs within 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the machine.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted before finalizing any refund.

After the Warranty Period

After 30 days, return shipping costs are not covered by Phonemicroparts. We’ll continue to provide repair support, but shipping, parts, and labor fees may apply. Used laser machines cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for newer models.

General Return Policy

We stand behind our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return process. If you receive broken or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Phonemicroparts reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

RMA Processing Time

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the evaluation is complete and any credit has been applied to your account.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fees apply to brand-new, resalable items returned within the warranty period.
  • Products no longer carried cannot be credited.
  • Items returned after 60 days or with damaged packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Rejected Items

Items rejected due to cracks, technician damages, or mismatched serials will be held for 15 days. You may request these items to be shipped back with your next order. After 15 days, unclaimed items will be recycled.
